Business Analyst II (ArtivaHCx)
About the Role
This role is for a proactive Business Analyst focused on the implementation and configuration of technology platforms, specifically ArtivaHCx. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate with internal teams to ensure product needs are met for end users, from pre- to post-implementation.
What You'll Do
- Implementation & Configuration: Design and build product configurations for initial implementations and ongoing tasks.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with Operations, Clients, and Development teams to gather data and analyze business processes for new projects.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Assist the Support team with escalated issues and optimize software configurations.
- Project Management: Independently manage assigned projects and serve as a subject matter expert for system capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in ArtivaHCx.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills with querying languages, including SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in product requirements writing.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle services.
- Understanding of hospital IT environments and systems.
- Exposure to big data, testing, data visualization, and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of reporting and project management tools.
