FACS Systems Analyst
About the Role
This role is for a highly detailed and technically skilled FACS Systems Analyst. You will focus on analyzing and implementing application and strategy changes within collection software systems, specifically Ontario Systems/Finvi FACS. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can collaborate with operations staff and contribute to enhancing operational strategies.
What You'll Do
- System Analysis: Design and implement application and strategy changes within the FACS system.
- Collaboration: Partner with operations staff to build, maintain, and enhance operational strategies through FACS formats, dialer campaigns, and reporting.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for projects and system changes, and support internal users through training and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze business operations and recommend system improvements based on technical and operational constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Ontario/Finvi FACS in a collections software environment.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Business Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in structured application development, system analysis, and project documentation.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite and technical problem-solving.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Familiarity with speech analytics tools.
- Background in the medical collections industry.
- Knowledge of SQL, Finvi Reports, Crystal Reports, or Acumen.
